Dallas/Fort Worth area for disorders on the autism spectrum as well as other
closely-related disorders. Also, some churches have special programs for

Camp C.A.M.P.
(Children's Association for Maximum Potential) - Center Point, Texas
Camp C.A.M.P. is a summer camp for children with special needs, their siblings, and
other interested children. This camp is for any child, regardless of medical, physical,
and/or mental disability between the ages of 5 and 21. Parents should pick the session
that best suits their child. Siblings may attend the same session. Other activities include
Respite Weekends, Parent's Night Out, and Teens Night Out, a Child Development and
Rehabilitation Center, and educational courses. CAMP also hosts family retreats and
conferences throughout the year.

Camp Northwood - Remsen, New York
Provides a coed camping experience to children in need of structure and
individualization. The program is oriented toward a population of socially
immature, isolated, non-aggressive children ranging in age from 8-18 that
experience difficulties in social and academic settings due to a variety of
types of learning challenges.
